Online in-class platform, included in course fees. 2–4 hours — valid 3 years.
Occupational Health & Safety (Worker + Supervisor)
Through the Ministry of Labour. 4–5 hours — no expiry, certs provided online.
Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA)
Mandatory in most workplaces. 3–4 hours — no expiry.
Sexual Harassment / Violence Prevention
In-house. 4+ hours — no expiry.

1 day — valid 5 years.
Defensive Tactics / Use of Force (PPCT)
3 days — PPCT certification valid 1 year. Includes 200pp textbook, physical & written test (80% to pass).
